@Ericatcarnetuk Apart from lodging a complaint using the link provided to you by @Cleoriff, you might also want to travel to an area where you do get get service and call Customer Service on 202 from your phone. As your issue has gone on for several days, CS sometimes will offer you compensation as a goodwill gesture. Doesn't hurt to ask. Worst they can say is no.
