Hi,
I am using Nokia Lumia 520.
Every time I start the phone, after it boots up the window "access point" appears.
Just recently I was using other Lumia 520 which I bought sim free and I had no such problem.
This phone I am using at the moment I received from O2.
Looks like I am the only one experiencing this issue?
Phone reset did not help.
Regards

I thought someone else might have similar problem.
I think this should be escalated to engineers or someone like that. Or simply replacing sim card, but this card was provided by my employer so it will not be that easy.
Looks like nothing can be done here.

Could it be the phone is searching for a wi-fi access point?
Does turning wi-fi off help?

It just shows access point settings section. There are four APN's which I cannot remove.
Internet works fine. Wi-Fi on/off does not matter.

When I switch on the phone without sim card, I do not receivie this window on start up. In fact, there are no APN's in settings when I don't use sim card.
With this sim card I had no such problem on my previous sim-free Lumia 520.

If this was provided by your employer then is it a contract SIM?
If so it appears you are trying to use the PAYG access point (from your screenshot). If that is the case try setting APN to O2 Pay Monthly.
If not, I'm not familiar with the latest incarnation of Windows phone so unable to help further.

The solution to this problem is to download the Access Point App from the Windows Phone website at:
