I thought someone else might have similar problem.I think this should be escalated to engineers or someone like that. Or simply replacing sim card, but this card was provided by my employer so it will not be that easy. Looks like nothing can be done ...

Update.With other sim card there is no such issue.This is stronly this sim-related.

When I switch on the phone without sim card, I do not receivie this window on start up. In fact, there are no APN's in settings when I don't use sim card.With this sim card I had no such problem on my previous sim-free Lumia 520.

It just shows access point settings section. There are four APN's which I cannot remove.Internet works fine. Wi-Fi on/off does not matter.
