connected without internet

so I buy register and top up a 02 sim card on my phone I then remove it and put it into my router . my phone connects to the router wifi ok and the router shows connected to LTE  signal with good strengh but says connected without internet ?

If it's a phone sim with calls and data it won't work in a router.

You need a data only sim for that.
