Samsung S20 Earbuds+ Claim Form not appearing on Samsung Members App

I pre-ordered my S20 and picked it up today (12/03/20) in store and recieved the instructions sheet on how to claim the Earbuds+.

 

Following the instructions it leads me to the Samsung Members App, in the Benefits section to claim them. However there is no link in this section what so ever to submit my claim form for them?

 

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and any help would be greatly appreciated.

@JButters on my Samsung Members app, it was a little pop up at the top of the screen which said 'have you claimed for your Galaxy Buds+ yet?' Press that and it takes you to the claim form. It then asks you if you want to complete it on your new phone or on another device.
Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)

Try clearing the cache from the app and when you go back in, look for the popup to appear.

You may have missed it previously and clearing the cache will reset it.
