Just received a new sim with cradle to change from pay as you go to monthly contract, tried to put the sim in and it would not fit as I removed it it snapped off the prongs now I can't even put my old sim in:( any ideas

It's going to have to go in for repair now I'm afraid - At least a sim tray isn't an expensive job to do though....

Pop to your local O2 store and they will sim swap for you.

Moves your tariff and number to the correct account specific SIM card.

Payg SIM cards hold different info to pay monthly ones.

But now even the original sim won't slide in, it feels like something is obstructing it all because of this silly cradle they sent that didn't fit. Feel so angry they should have just sent through the micro chip like they did for my husband.

You can usually push the middle out of the sim to obtain a micro sim.
Is the cradle broken and stuck in the phone?
