I have just taken delivery of my New Lumia 735. I am so far very pleased after making the move from Android.

However.. There is a free gift offer with this unit via redemption on the microsoft website. When I try to redeem by entering my IMEI information as requested I am told that it cannot be processed as the IMEI has already been claimed against which is clearly not the case as it is a brand new unit.

Has anyone else had the same issue? and can anyone help?

I think if you read the thread highlighted by @MI5 you will find most of the people who posted on there have eventually got their accessory kit.
