Hi there i just purchased a lumia 735 from the 02 store and can't seem to claim my bundle the microsoft website says unavailable .

 

is this some sort of con?

Ive also tried to sort this and so far no joy website and phone number do not work.

Thanks,just got them from a microsoft chat rep,however not open till tomorrow.

 

however read another post with the email for cert so will try that
