I have no network signal now for 6 hours - and its not just my phone my partners phone is also without a signal - yet the signal checker states there is no problems in my area - can anyone let me know what is going on please

Not ideal but hopefully resolved soon!
I would strongly recommend TuGu for now as an interim solution at least, means you can still use your service, just through the internet instead

Just downloaded tugo but i cant use it as i need a code which is being sent to my mobile phone which i cant get as i have no network aaarrggghhhh help??

Ahhh no way! Sorry thought you may already be signed up just not used it.
Hmm ok another option - try and either ring o2 or goto live chat and ask them to create your TuGo account (as you cannot receive the text) for you, until they fix the signal issue.

They are both great alas wouldn't help with any calls they need to receive from people using their number 😞

Thanks everyone, will see what i can do - i was waiting for tugu app to get to the kindle fire as that is what i use the most rather than the laptop before i used it.
