No Network Signal - wr6 area

I have no network signal now for 6 hours - and its not just my phone my partners phone is also without a signal - yet the signal checker states there is no problems in my area - can anyone let me know what is going on please

It's a long shot and a further pain in the butt, however, can you drive a couple of miles and connect to an alternative mast in order to get the code to complete the Tugo registration process?

Hi, just to let you all know the network signal returned as of 10am this morning - now registered with tugu just in case x - thanks so much for all your help yesterday x
