Microsoft/Nokia 535 unable to send MMS messages

I have a Microsoft 535 on o2 pay as you go and I cannot send MMS messages 😞  I have been in my local o2 shop and seen the guru and he has checked my MMS APN settings and they are correct but I still can't send MMS messages.  Has anyone else had the same problem?

I've put payandgo.o2.co.uk in the APN box (I looked at geek squad website, although their numbers were diferent to yours)

To find the software version of your phone.

  1. If the Settings tile is not on the Start screen swipe to the left to see all apps
  2. Scroll down to and tap Settings
  3. Tap about
  4. Under phone information you will see the Software on the phone
  5. Tap more information to see the exact version

I'm confused now I must admit....just found the settings the guru gave you and they do say for 8.1...same as the first ones I gave you??!!

The problem I'm having is this bit... if it's wrong you wont be able to connect...You have tried the ones the Guru gave you....do you want to try the other one's ?One of them is right! ( I'm a big help I know...:P)

Your ones worked, the only slight difference is the MMSC which finishes "mms.co.uk/" then the MMSC port has the 8002 in it and bingo it works, one very happy person, thank you
