Have been trying to get an airtime plan for my watch (not purchased from O2) added to my S10 pay monthly. I have rang 5 times, on line chat 3 days. They say you must go to the O2 store. Went to store and they don't know what to do ???? I am now getting very angry as I can't make calls on my lovely new watch. No one seems to know anything 😠😠
Any help out there?

@Jooz

The only place you can get an eSim is in any of the O2 stores.

If your nearest one has failed to provide you with this, I suggest you try another store.

You need the watch plan with 1gb data @Jooz

Call another store to check before travelling.

Ok I'll try another store. Why can't you do this on line or over phone? Seems strange.

@Jooz

The wearables app should be preinstalled on your phone.

If not, you need the correct one off Play or Samsung Store.
