Hi, I'm a pay monthly customer and have just got this blackberry phone, I have the daily data allowance on my contract. But I don't understand why I am being charged random little amounts on my bill since I have the new phone? Or is it because I need to get one of the data bolt on's back on my contract? I only use WIFI. I have checked what other people suggested and it appears APNS are not set up to work any way and its WIFI enabled. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas really?

If you don't have a Blackberry tariff you will be charged for the data used.
It should work out cheaper than paying for the daily data usage.

Thank you for your response, I did wonder if I needed a new blackberry tariff with the new phone, I took the contract out with a HTC phone so no longer have this phone. Will they be able to change my contract, it is nearly at an end (due to be upgraded in october) ? thanks again.

Your small amounts of data may be BBM?
Or Facebook updating etc.
Best bet is to call 202 as suggested and switch the data bolton to the blackberry one.

Thank you for everyone's help, I had a look on the o2 website and found that I can have a particular bolt on for my blackberry, so I have yet to add that to my account. Been working so have not yet had chance to get it added
