I have a yahoo mail account. I changed the mail password on my PC. I received an email from Blackberry to say that I should validate my password on my phone. I selected set up and email accounts as instructed however I received an error message "your device had a problem connecting to the server". Who do I contact to remedy please?

What Blackberry are you using?
You might need to log in to your Blackberry profile on https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=o2mailuk
Once logged in you can change to your new password.
