Greetings, 

my mobile number is [removed] , I am currently in India and can not receive sms on my number , I have kept money in my account for monthly deduction but somehow the due 54 pounds aren’t getting deducted and I am receiving emails from you again and again that I am not paying the amount. Kindly guide me how to pay it some other way or how to log in to my account. If not then deduct the money from the account because it’s there .
