So I bought a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2, received an out of stock alert, then received an email basically saying they'd despatched my order.

 

What was delivered today? An envelope with nothing but a leaflet inside.

 

 

What can I do here?

Lots of these reported today so obviously some kind of mess up at O2's end.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

This is the 2nd time I have heard of this, Is this a leaflet to claim from Samsung? 

 

I would also speak to the sales team at o2, as something is very amiss

Sounds like the £50 cashback offer that is all over the Samsung Accessory pages
