Blackberry problems!

I've had problems with my Blackberry (of course, doesn't everyone) for a while but they've got worse.

I couldn't receive texts properly and somebody over the online help said it was my SIM, so one is in the post.

They also told me to upgrade my software on my phone, and so I did so.

Now it's updating the software again (automatically) and has been doing so since 8am, with it now being almost 2:30pm I'm getting a little fed up especially as it says it takes max of two hours...

And it's only updated by 9%...

Is there anything I can do? Because I can't get off the update as it's the only thing occupying my mobile at the moment and I don't wanna be waiting days when I need to use it!

 

Any help would be lovely!

It sounds like the update has failed. Unplug phone, pull battery and try again....
