No signal Tonyrefail area

I have had issues for ages with O2 coverage on my mobile, but now, on 3 phones all connected to O2 I have no signal, sometimes it comes back but very weak (1bar if lucky). Normally get 3-4bars.

 

Typically support is shut now.  Is there anyway to report network issues., am on a Business account ????

Spoke to O2 this morning. They are aware of iisue and awaiting engineering resource to be allocated. Strange its not on status page yet though.

Hi, I am struggling too. The coverage comes back on when you get to Talbot Green. The problem must be in Tonyrefail itself. I cant get any news from o2 about this.
