Hi! I have purchased a bolt on of 100min for £3 and it says to see remaining minutes send BALANCE to 20202.

However when I do this...nothing happens at all.

Also they do not appear in my02 app.

Can anyone help, please?

OMG..Sorted at last!! Just rang customer service. Seems my bloody predictive text was adding a space after the word..so it wasn't recognising my request. Long wait for call to be answered, but lovely girl solved my problem, thanks. And thanks to everyone on here for trying to help too.

Have you tried *#10# to see how much you have left?

Your myo2 will update at midnight so you might not see it on there until tomorrow

As @Anonymous says My O2 will update at midnight. Particularly if you have just bought the bolt on today..

Yes, the *#10# gives me the monetary balance but not any other type.   Maybe I will try the app again tommorow, thanx.

But does that mean I will only know the balance at the beginning of the day?

And why does the text option not work

I have 'text&web'.....no minutes, which is prob why they sent me the offer...by text

Thst is likely to happen as you have no minutes left so they offer you small increments of minutes for certain amounts but if you don't use all of the extra by the time of your anniversary date then you will lose what's left as it doesn't roll over

Didn't have any at all tillbought the 100.... Don't have a tarrif that includes mins which is why I bought some, as my partner is in hospital. Sigh

Apologies I was initially talking about data bolt ons (hence my post now edited)...

I honestly think these minutes will be active from now....but just not showing yet?

If you need to, please contact customer services tomorrow morning to check your purchase. They should confirm it is active

Yes, my minutes are being used as I can get the balance on laptop site only....not showing on mobile version.

I have also discovered that I can get the balance by calling 4444, but it is much easier and convenient to be able to text.. as I can do for Cash balance on *#10#.

Just wondering why I get msg to text when it not work??? 

Maybe cos Windows phone???
