Hi! I have purchased a bolt on of 100min for £3 and it says to see remaining minutes send BALANCE to 20202.
However when I do this...nothing happens at all.
Also they do not appear in my02 app.
Can anyone help, please?

Then they need to update their info. Certainly not mentioned on the info I accessed.
Just said *Pay and Go Go Go
It's on the main Pay and Go page via the link to call costs.

That's a different page, Big Bundles are here:

I don't doubt what you say at all. My only point is ...if the charges to call 4445 are different to what I have displayed, then O2 needs to update their information. Its more than annoying if people have to go searching on another thread to find something different to what is clearly shown

Whether there is a charge depends on which tariff they have, the pages may well be up to date.

Well the OP is on Text and Web so they will be charged 25p....
(My husband is on that tariff and though he phones rarely...he is charged).

I'd go with what @Cleoriff says if she has had experience, ie her husband being charged
I think we have established that, but you can't say it's chargeable on all tariffs as it's not.
