Balance

Hi! I have purchased a bolt on of 100min for £3 and it says to see remaining minutes send BALANCE to 20202.

However when I do this...nothing happens at all.

Also they do not appear in my02 app.

Can anyone help, please?

I would leave the online Guru alone. *coughs*. The best route for anything account based is via 4445 PAYG or 202 Contract

Yeah, I have discovered that in the past, was just another free option. Is the 4445 free for PAYG?

Its free only on the Pay and go go go tariff @jonsie according to the info I just posted. The Op is on text and web (ie * Calls are free for customers on our Pay & Go Go Go tariff)

Then they need to update their info. Certainly not mentioned on the info I accessed.
