Hi! I have purchased a bolt on of 100min for £3 and it says to see remaining minutes send BALANCE to 20202.
However when I do this...nothing happens at all.
Also they do not appear in my02 app.
Can anyone help, please?

And me. Never seems to accurately predict what I want to say. My son tells me I live in the dark ages. I reply he should check his texts and FB posts....as I have seen a number of bleep ups coming from his phone...
