Hi! I have purchased a bolt on of 100min for £3 and it says to see remaining minutes send BALANCE to 20202.
However when I do this...nothing happens at all.
Also they do not appear in my02 app.
Can anyone help, please?

"To get your current balance sent straight to your mobile, just text the word "balance" to the following numbers:
21202 - Pay Monthly
20202 - Pay & Go"Correct @perksie as I said. ...

This whole thread has been a minefield of misinformation via O2 @Anonymous
There is this issue about the number to call.
Earlier in the thread (dependent on which page you read) there were differences about whether a call was free or not. Not going into it all again but O2 need to ensure they are all 'reading from the same page' as it were

Someone needs to, there used to be a page with these numbers on but in their wisdom it seems to have gone.

It would need to be a very large fee I think. I used to have a fair bit of experience writing policies, practices and procedures.....I wouldn't touch this lot. So much of it needs scrapping and rewriting. Currently what happens is they produce new information sheets...and leave a lot of the old stuff in place. A recipe for disaster

I'm curious now! My mother has Pay and go and her tariff has minutes so I should be able to test it ok.
If there's a mismatch of information then it needs to be sorted. So not to drive myself crazy about which one is wrong or right, nothing better than to test it yourself and see which one works!

Testing it yourself is just papering over the cracks.
If the info is misleading or wrong it needs to be put right at source in my opinion. We are here providing this information to customers so the least we should expect is that it is correct,
Anyway completely off topic now.... but I felt it needed saying

I don't think it's wrong, just missing.
