Hi Community
last week I swapped from SIM to eSIM
i then contacted sales to order my eSIM SmartWatch Plan for my Apple Watch on Sunday
Monday morning I got a SMS just to confirm the plan is active
I know see the Install eSim profile on the 02 App for my watch but I assume I ignore that
the eSIM is active but pending installation
this has to be done on the Apple Watch App on iPhone ?
anyway tried that several times via Mobile Service > Setup Mobile Service
the error message I get is
We’re setting up your Apple Watch on the O2 network and we’ll text you when it’s all done. If you don’t receive a text within 24 hours, call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 08.
i have all done an eSIM swap to new device just in case
but still get the same error above
what can I do
