Hi.   Is anyone else having trouble with AOL mail.  About 18m ago I changed my email to AOL.   Used mainly from my PC it was a susccess . In the past 6 months there have been problems and in the past 6 weeks positively unacceptable ability to access and use it.

It seems theres been a change of ownership , Is this the cause?

Not used AOL since the 90's @Jenny105

What are the problems you're having?

Hi M15. I think i have ITitis. I sent a reply to this last week. disappeared !

Its mostly login probs and  failure to load. Ive tried 3 browsers. Chrome is the better.

There is sometimes freeze mid flow.

I have a Hotmail / outlook address which i reduced use of. About 3 yrs ago as important bills were being lost into delete or elsewhere,       so i think IT/email itis is the probable cause.

Hi @Jenny105

Not sure if there is an AOL app you can use on PC but worth checking out as may be more reliable than a browser based application.

The aol site seems to have improved. Martin

I attempted to find a win 10 AOL app in microsoft store but none appeared

I found one by browsing but was sure the site app10store looked legit

The attempt to add AOL to my existing accounts doesnt seemed to have worked either

Im putting it down to IT itis which increases in severity each decade.

The aol.com mail is now coming in alonside the hotmail mail. That seems to have worked ok.

Why is there no sign in to gain emails by this route?
