Good afternoon from a hot hot day!!

Sorry but been off the grid awhile, thinking when I came there might have been a revolution....sadly not, same old same old!

Been a strange couple of days, spent a night in hospital after falling down 10/12 steps (quite sober I might add....) and spent yesterday being looked after by my own private nurse

My back looks lke I have had a full tattoo and even breathing hurts.....I can swallow ok though

First venture out for a while soI'm taking things slowly.....maybe

So....stalker almost sorted, phone number changed, avatar changed and life is good at the moment but I may come back to the UK for a holiday

I'll get back online as much as I can and hoping to catch up elsewhere too.....
