Well I will put this here @blissgirl...

but you do know in this heat you should steer clear of fizzy drinks? They make you more dehydrated. Water or juices are the way to go. Now after that lecture I will away to fill my vodka glass...with fizzy fanta orange....

Last month was the hottest June ever recorded worldwide, and the 14th straight month that global heat records were broken, scientists say.

I see temperatures hit 30°C in Bolton yesterday....same as here!

Tiger beer has a definite tiger on the label but for reasons unknown not many bars stock it in Bangkok
