HAVE A LAUGH ON ME

The weather which @Cleoriff was experiencing yesterday seems to have reached where I live = I am cold, really really cold = it's like yesterday was pleasant Autumn, today is dank, grey light, low white sky & feels like Winter ... I've turned the heating thermostat up to 18.5c ... & will use the £11.70 refund (cheque) from NYCC (North Yorkshire County Council) to pay for the extra gas used LOL

I too suffer from SAD Seasonal Affective Disorder, it's the light with me = you need to sit in front of a light machine for 90mins per day = what ? Astounded so my sometime Associate Specialist said years ago, he even suggested I make one in the woodwork class I was attending = Pffft !

I sit here in front of the laptop with frozzen knees + feet + nose (ears, neck & head are covered by red bobble hat with matching scarf) + pink thermal gloves as I key in + shocking pink thick fluffy dressing gown on over my house-clothes & I'm still cold ... I ran hot water over my hands in attempt to warm them up

I NEED A HOT TUB !!! LOL ..... unfortunately, I don't move in those kind of circles slight_frown

Oh & my sensitive digestive system is revolting ..... LOL  / SadCry

I have a suggestion that works for me when I'm sitting in my flat, cold as ice and need to get warm.

Cat(s) + duvet + duvet + lots of layers of clothes.

Pile them all on top of yourself on the sofa. And if you can, move the sofa near the radiator. And then a hot drink!

Maybe not all in that order though as it might be difficult to move the sofa or get a drink when you're underneath the duvet pile, but you know what I mean. grin

@Cleoriff how lovely may I ask which gold you like ?... I like rose gold ... but chose to give my good rose-gold bracelet to my future daughter-in-law because my wrists had thickened ... any chance of a photo ?
