on which new basic desktop printer will be put = on or around next payday ..... I mean upon the wooden desk not upon the cat
kicked my old basic Epson printer in frustration many many months ago
therapeutic for me for about 3 nano-seconds but really, really bad for the printer
well, let's see if there are many takers for my initial entry into the off-top unofficial world of 'the lounge area'

Ah yes....slighly crossed wires here Jane and you are correct (as am I.) Lol..
Physicist Sir Peter led a team which experimented with strong magnetic fields to “see” the organs inside a body in the 1970s.
The new technique gave surgeons the ability to see the body’s internal organs without potentially harmful X-rays by utilising strong magnetic fields and radio waves....so he pioneered and developed MRI scanning...
However the guy who actually 'invented the MRI scanner' was the one I mentioned.Raymond Damadian
I didn't know Sir Peter had died so thanks for posting that. A very well respected man in this field of work...

Anyways...packing up and closing down. Luckily the sun isn't shining here today so I don't feel quite as bad...
I think I will have some excess baggage to pay as well (always a problem when you aren't in your own apartment) . Everything you bring you have to take back..including some bits and bobs I got for family birthdays
Ah well....:smileywink:
