I went to Sainsburys on 27 December @Cleoriff and bought a dozen boxes reduced to 50 pence each. 

Any visitors since got a box to take away with them as a treat ! 👍

Given that @jonsie is a Lancastrian, I would not be surprised if Lancashire hotpot is mentioned, followed by a Chorley cake or an Eccles cake.

I like Lancashire cheese on fresh crusty bread ! 👍

What a swiz @Oxonian! I online shop at Sainsburys and couldn't get one box of mince pies for my order on the 28th (You'd probably bought them all for blumming 50p) 😂
