I agree @jonsie. And down south in the States they have a cockroach with a hard shell and wings, even more fun. We were visted by the bu66ers one summer when I was about 7, scared me rigid.

They also have the large ones, without wings, in the Caribbean, ugh. 

Whatever size they are @jonsie, don't like them and don't want to share my flat with them, thanks very much

I think Spain has their cockroach situation pretty well sorted @pgn 

If you go into any supermarket over there, you will see the biggest range of cockroach killing products known to man.

Also a lot of Brits have set up business as pest controllers. Mind you that means you can't go back into your apartment for 24 hrs.

Well in London it's bright but cloudy, no rain in the clouds, at the moment. Forecast is cloudy till this evening and then the sun comes out for an hour before sunset. Woopee doo
