I've not enjoyed it up to now but Jane. I've fallen gracefully once this morning, I've got blurred vision, a headache and I can't now stand up to go to the  loo unaided. I'm drinking gallons of water to try and raise my blood pressure which is down around my ankles

Confined to bed so I didn't get to the pub for a meal or a beer. I had to make do with a corned beef sandwich and a jelly.

But the ward nurses came into my room with a lovely cake 🎂 and they all sang happy birthday

Positively charming and tear inducing 😤
