Sunday Roast?

So its Sunday hurrahhh, if peoples are having roast dinners my question to everyone is...

What is your favourite choice of roast meats?! Or any alternatives?

Hi

Roast Pork or Roast Beef with all the usual trimmings.

Proper Gravy if possible.

Gravy Granules at a push. 😄

Sunday roast...I wish...more like Sunday sandwich for me, because I'm usually at work, but in a perfect world it would be roast beef, home made gravy, roasted potatoes,roasted parsnip,baby carrots and a nice home made desert, like a chocolate mousse or creme brule.
