So Apple have been rumoured to be perhaps releasing two iPhones again one with 4.7" and one with 5.7" screens.
Having used the Sony Xperia Z recently with a screen size of 5" I know this is the maximum I'd be comfortable with and hope Apple don't stray over that spec. More real estate definitely has its advantages when surfing etc.
I'm also hoping for an edge to edge screen but who knows.
Better start saving ! Hopefully the pricing of these will be more reasonable {Who am I kidding :smileyhappy:}
Launching two iPhones would be inline with this years iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s, but releasing two iPhones with different screen sizes would be a new move from Apple.
This is all speculation right now and is just one of the many rumours floating around about Apples new product plans for 2014.
But as with most rumours their is an element of truth.
I'm also hoping Apple will take note of what Android offers with their operating system, and come up with similar offerings. For example how an android can turn off mobile data when in the vicinity of Wifi unlike how the iPhone iOS turns from wifi to 4g/3g etc when in sleep mode
Not to infringe on any patents of course !

I think that Apple have finally come to the conclusion that it's make a phone with a bigger screen or die. 4.7" screens and bigger are extremely popular. I'm not a fan of the phablet, though. I have a 4.7" screen at the moment, but I think that 5" would be my limit. It needs to fit in my pocket without being too bulky.

To be honest, if they only bring out the larger screens I will probably end up going back to an Android phone along the lines of the S4 Mini as I found the S3 to big for me. After the 'SIM Incident' the other day I had to use my husband's Galaxy Note and it's ridiculously big!

Having gone from the s3 to the s4 I have to be honest and say whilst the s4 is fab I would not want anything larger.
I think Apple should continue along the samsung lines and have a small and larger version so the I phone brigade have a choice.
I agree. I appreciate that some people prefer a bigger phone (husband is thinking of downsizing to an S4 though!) but there must be a market for a smaller screen. I'm stuck with a 5S for life if not!
