@leonard I prefer rugby league, I used go be a good footballer while I was younger aswell i don't play much now though. I have just started to try getting into running its a lot harder than hitting the treadmill at the gym.

Have you check if your doctors surgery runs a no smoking clinic.
If it's available in your area you get all the no smoking aids on prescription.

I'm 5 weeks in and so far I've found it a lot easier than I expected.

Strangely enough, I found week 2&3 the hardest. How did that go for you?
