I ordered a Orange IPhone pro max on October 7th but it’s still telling me it’s another 4 weeks I’m really fed up as I’ve already made a large down payment that’s been taken from my account.

ive been with O2 for at least 35 years and expect better than this 😡

They are out of stock and limited in stock everywhere, so waiting for the phone is the same for everyone, and the only people to blame are Apple as they prioritise their own direct sales channels over everyone else.
And been a customer of 35 years means naff all in the queue... 

You can always try the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255 and see if they can offer any advice, but you are in a very long queue for the orange/pink/scratchy orange version..

Length of time with O2 will not come into the equation.

It seems the Orange Version is probably the most popular. Add to this Apple have always had this problem with supply of various models, I suspect on purpose to give the impression of exclusivity A bit like having to wait for a model or Rolex or a high end car 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
