My pictures on my old phone

Do you think 💭that because I locked my phone, that that's why I can't get my pictures off Google I have unlocked... But I do want to 🔒it back if or when it works Thank you in advance for any feedback given 👌😏👍

Hi @Anonymous If you have your pictures backed up to Google they are there.. Not sure what you are trying to do if honest....if your phone is locked then just unlock it. Out of interest.... is this your phone you are trying to unlock?

Phone locks will not have any effect of photos saved to Google.
All you need to do is access Google photos on any device with your Google sign in details.

If you haven't got it then install it. You should find all your photos there automatically backed up.
