Until the mods on this site learn some manners, I will not be posting any further.
I'm not looking for an appology, or even an explanation - Just some common courtesy.
Not too much to ask is it.
I guess this will be deleted also

if O2 were really bothered/took any notice of this forum don't you think they would have more official mods doing the exact things you excellent regulars are doing for free ?
tbWhat an odd stick to try to beat O2 with. If they didn't care, why have a forum in the first place? Why have Leonard and Toby spending their working time managing the forum? Why pay for a team of mods from Lithium for when they're not around?
Your argument falls apart right there. If O2 didn't care, they wouldn't have a forum, or a social media team to handle enquiries via twitter/facebook, or even a webchat service.
Remember that fuss over ronan dunne posting & everybody thinking it was fake until Leonard found that it was really him, see he hasn't returned like he promised though

fair point Pablo, perhaps I should have said O2 should have more input to answer people's questions not just modding?
We did have that for a while on the old forum but it was stopped.

tb
For what its worth I agree with that. O2 have a Social Media team whose job it is to answer customer's enquiries on facebook and twitter, and to monitor the forums.
There are some O2 staff who aren't part of the social media team, but who come on as volunteers, and post their thoughts and where possible try to help. They usually make clear via a signature at the bottom of their post that they work for O2. Like the one I use.
Not being part of the social media team is a double-edged sword for me and the other volunteers. We are free to say what we think, but also have to be really wary of giving away sensitive information. It can be hard to decide what to say or how to reply (as seen on the TU Go thread where I gave some info and then got criticised for doing it, making me wonder what the point in trying to help was...).

He signed with his full name but many didn't believe it was him.
He's still in the forum members list.
