I probably like yourself visit this and several other forum boards to learn and teach other alike minded people.
Unfortunately some members find it entertaining for them to either write a thread that will have members clambering to defend or remark on their thread or post a reply to an existing thread that is designed to draw negative comments.
The terminology for this is being a "troll" or "trolling" which is banned by forums.
I like other prominent members on here also carry out moderation on forums to police them to ensure such material is removed or edited to maintain a wellbeing on the forum boards.
I'm just glad that this is a very rare occurrence on the 02 Community forums.
