You should have just got another sim card to transfer your old number to. Once your old number gets moved in the original number on the sim is lost.
You should have asked here first wink

If I have read this right:

1. You got a new sim card
2: you wanted to keep your old number (as a payg?)
3. You wanted to transfer another old number onto your sim (which you have done)
4. Your old number that you wanted to keep but not use is not shown in your account.

Have I got that right?

What happened is. I bought a Sims card. If had a nice number. But I wanted to keep my old no as well. Chat told me that was no problem and to look at my online account and the number would be there. So I transferred an old number to that Sims card, but left the second number on my account. I've now come to wanting to use it and the Shona I spoke to on chat said it would be sorted out in 24 hours. Of course when I call 4445 now - they say they can not do it. I've been on chat all day today and I have literally gone round in circles. Start with one person get moved to another and another and then back to the first person!

The number has gone now.
The only chance you've got is to escalate the issue to complaints.

I would be inclined to complain the more they get about this sort of nonsense the more they might sort it out if they can
