Never before have I seen so many put themselves intentionally through so much grief and stress unnecessarily over such an unimportant feature of their lives.

Nice to see Apple still only give 12 months warranty on there handsets, shows how much faith they really have in there products.

Puzzled me too that, it doesn't inspire much faith.
Of course Apple will be lapping it up that some have to a new one every year.

Yes but if you read the info here http://www.apple.com/uk/legal/statutory-warranty/ O2 have to provide the second year but it is down to the consumer to prove the fault was there at time of purchase
