Mothers maiden name
Last 4 digits of account
Last 4 numbers of bank account
You only need to answer x 1 correctly to get into the account and create a new password, for instance they know my bank account details which i am unable to change yet

Sometimes you will be asked for the first and second letters (for example) of your password rather than the actual password, so if you change it make sure it's a completely different word, or else changing "Wilson" to "Wilkinson" would still be correct in the above scenario....
You will need to call 202 to change your details.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

As I say just give O2 CS a bell on 202 and they willChange things for you to stop anyone else accessing the account. Change your verbal password too and remove your partner as an authorised contact to access your account too.
