I tell a lot of people to call customer service on the 0800 number using Skype, and when I saw this, I thought maybe some people don't actually know how to use it, so here's a tutorial. It's good for video chats too:

Excellent easy to use guide.

Even a complete non-geek technophobe like me has managed to follow it and yep I`m on [well I think I am] on Skype...

As @Cleoriff and @jonsie said this guide should definitely be in the Guides @Martin-O2  @Marjo

Installed Skype on my iPhone but couldn't get notifications.. all I had to do was go to

settings > notifications > Skype

& switch them off, then on again.. (a known foible apparently)

Been Skyping. Been fun. If I can do it, anyone can - just follow the guide.

Many thanks again @Bambino

Hope others are up for a bit of Skype

You can call on mobile though people seem to have more success using Skype. Maybe the system doesn't cut off on Skype.
