I tell a lot of people to call customer service on the 0800 number using Skype, and when I saw this, I thought maybe some people don't actually know how to use it, so here's a tutorial. It's good for video chats too:

Saves all the faff of searching for Status.

Thank you for that.  There should be an easier way. Someone suggested Instagram which I will try.
