I tell a lot of people to call customer service on the 0800 number using Skype, and when I saw this, I thought maybe some people don't actually know how to use it, so here's a tutorial. It's good for video chats too:

As someone who is knows nothing of anything techy and runs from anything geeky, I want to say how much I appreciate you posting this and what a useful guide this is.

I`m going to work through it and hopefully be able to set up a Skype account as another way to keep in touch.
