Trouble logging into o2 priority

Each time I request a code to log in, I don’t receive one? And when I request a different code to be sent it says they’ve already sent a successful code? Not sure what else I can do to log in as can’t find anything else to help!

You can put the sim in a phone to receive the code then use that to log in on iPad.

Delete the app and start again. Many people find this works as it updates to the new version.

Yes thank you! Unfortunately I have no access to it as my sim is for an iPad not a phone! I didn’t realise this 🤦🏻‍♀️ Feel a bit of a dope now!! Haha never mind!
