For any event I try to use O2 Priority for, when I click on 'Get Tickets' and go through to Ticketmaster, it just says the O2 Pre-Sale is 'Happening Now' with no obvious place for me to click to buy tickets. I'm signed in to Priority and Ticketmaster. This has always happened. What am I missing/doing wrong? Thanks

I have never purchased tickets on O2 Priority, @EY78 - but if you are starting in the app, Force-stop the Priority App and clear cache.
If the app hands you over to Ticketmaster in a browser window, Force-stop your browser and clear cache on that app also. Then start again. Or switch to Priority on the web on a laptop or computer in place of your phone, if applicable. Good luck!

Same issue for me - just says "happening now" with no option to select the tickets. Been like that for me since they went on sale.

The O2 Priority app was relaunched a couple of months' ago @Bakertron101 and still seems to be encountering random problems. Earlier today, there was an issue with the coffee for a £1 codes at Greggs. The staff said that they had been warned that some valid codes were not working and gave me a coffee instead ! 👍
