Dear,

I sign contract with O2 on SAT, i port 3 pay as you go SIMs to 24 months contract.

I port 2 numbers to O2, one from 3 and one from Lebara

On tuesday, the Lebara one has no signal and i changed another SIM as well.

That SIM works but the phone number is totally wrong, not the one I knew.

I went to the shop in BANK to tell them what happen and they said I just need to be wait until today 6pm, and now the phone number is still wrong.

What can i do anymore?

Much thanks

Is the temporary phone number on your new O2 SIM the same as it was when you got it? The reason I ask is because when I was with EE, they ported in my number from my previous provider to someone else and I ended up with their number. It was a nightmare for me as some stranger was getting my personal calls and texts. If this hasn't happened, are you sure that you asked Lebara for a PAC request and not a STAC request?
Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)

Its is PAC code I sure and it was handle it by O2 staff.

I used that phone to reg NI, GP and Bank.

I go to street shop 3 times to mention the problem and they do the same thing, still nothing changed.

@siuhin811

If you have an iPhone, you need to go to Settings >Phone >My number and change it to your number. Save and reboot phone.
