Hello I have just spent some of my O2 rewards on a All in one money voucher of £30 it said i would get a email. But I haven't received one yet does anyone no how long it will take.?? Thanks

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

The t&cs don't specify either, @Hellybaby88 - https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/pay-and-go-rewards - best to ask O2's Social Media team via the links given by @Cleoriff above (also accessible through the link just below).
Also check your Spam or Junk mail folder, I have seen spend vouchers go there at times! Good luck!
