Solved: Blue Monday reward

Hi,

I won a £20 pizza express giftcard on 02 priority blue Monday on the 5th May, this Monday but I haven't received a email confirmation and nor my giftcard. Please can someone sort it out I'm going around in circles, I spoke to Dia on 02 customer service and was told to speak to Dave or another member of priority team in this chat, who will sort it out 🤞
